Ningde Anyang Seafarer Training Co., Ltd. is located in the Dongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone of Ningde City, Fujian Province. Established in March 2022, it is a specialized institution dedicated to the training and education of yacht operators and marine fishery crew members.

The company’s training facilities are spacious and fully equipped with advanced hardware: it boasts two state-of-the-art multimedia classrooms, two dedicated training and practice areas for yacht operators, and one standardized examination room capable of accommodating up to 30 people. In terms of training vessels, the company is equipped with one 28-foot recreational racing sailboat, one 68-foot yacht, one 36-foot yacht, and several safety support vessels. Additionally, the company has established a dedicated water-based training area and a land-based training area in Jiaocheng District, Ningde City, enabling it to provide comprehensive, multi-dimensional training services for crew members and shipowners.

The company has assembled a highly qualified teaching and management team, and all training activities are conducted strictly in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations promulgated by the national maritime authorities. To further standardize the training management process, in July 2023, the company established a crew training quality management system in compliance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Management of Seafarer Training of the People's Republic of China" and the "Quality Management Regulations for Seafarer Training and Seafarer Management of the People's Republic of China." The system has been continuously improved and refined during its actual operation. Thanks to its standardized management and professional services, the company obtained the Crew Training Quality Management System Certificate on October 25, 2024, and successfully acquired the "Seafarer Training License" of the People's Republic of China on January 23, 2025.
